Reflection

As  I embarked on my Master's Degree journey in 2022, I couldn't have foreseen the incredible learning experiences and opportunities that would come my way. Now, in the midst of my internship at Husson University and with plans to seek a job in higher education, I find myself reflecting on how far I've come and the path ahead.

My  Master's Program has been a transformative experience. I've had the privilege of diving deep into the field of instructional design, exploring its theories, methodologies, and technological applications. This academic foundation has been instrumental in shaping my skills, allowing me to approach real-world challenges with confidence.

The  internship at Husson University has been a pivotal phase of my journey. It's here that I've been able to put my academic knowledge into practice, working with educators, learners, and technology to design effective learning experiences. The practical experience has reinforced the importance of adaptability, collaboration, and innovation in the ever-evolving landscape of higher education.

My  experience at Husson University has shown me the power of leveraging technology, data, and instructional design principles to enhance the learning journey.

I'm deeply grateful for the guidance of my professors, mentors, coworkers, as well as peers, and the support of my institution throughout this journey. Each step, from my Master's Program to my internship, has been a building block in my evolution as an instructional designer. As I prepare to enter the workforce, I'm motivated by the prospect of creating positive change in the lives of learners and the future of higher education.
